If you want to make a return to be eligible for a return, your item/s must be unused or damage, in the original packaging and in a resell-able condition. You have to contact us fo the item that unused or damage with photo for the proof. Then we will give you a solusion :

2. Give you a refund. To get a refund, you have to return the item first, then we will give you a refund.
Unfortunately Lighting Homei product will not cover the cost of return shipping and customs.
Once your item/s are received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item/s. If the items are in an acceptable condition (original product) a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. The refund can take up to 7 days to appear on your statement.
