Return Replacement
At Lighting Homei, we stand behind every product we sell and want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 10 days of receiving it for a replacement, subject to the following terms and conditions:

The item(s) must be in new, unused, and resalable condition, with all original packaging, accessories, and tags attached.

You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from us before returning the item(s). Please contact our customer service team by email to initiate the return process.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and insurance for your protection.

Custom-made or special orders, clearance or final sale items, and items that have been installed or modified are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Returns that do not comply with our return policy will not be accepted, and the item(s) will be returned to you at your expense.
